HTNB UTP CAT 5E (NETWORK CABLE)

HTNB Unshielded  Twisted Pair (UTP) Category 5 Enhanced (CAT 5E) Cable consists of four 0.50 mm Copper Clad Alluminum (CCA) 24 American Wire Gauge (AWG ) twisted together in order to cancel out electromagnetic interference (EMI) from external sources and it is covered with PVC jacket which physically protects the internal components of a cable, improves appearance, a flame retardant and has a high moisture resistance.
It is called unshielded because it has no additional foil wrap, or shield, which is added to cables when electromagnetic shielding is required. UTP cable is used extensively in local area networks, or LANs. The two wires carry equal yet opposite signals and the destination of the signal detects the difference between the two. the four pairs are labeled.
